Please let us know through the RSVP section of the website whether or not you'll be coming by 18th April 2025. This is so we have plenty of time to sort things with our venue ahead of the big day!

You can RSVP through the website. Please enter your full name and then you (and whoever else is in your party) will show up and you'll all be able to RSVP to each of the events

If you haven't RSVP'd by 18th April 2025, you will be marked as not attending

All the dress codes are on the home page but in summary, please wear your best summer gear! Guys, no need for a suit and tie, dress comfortably. That being said, please no jeans, trainers or hawaiian shirts 🌺 Ladies, anything but white please 🤍

We have pre-arranged transportation to take you from your hotel to the wedding ceremony. From there, we have arranged for you to be taken from our ceremony to reception, as well as back to your hotel at the end of night. We've put our Ios taxi company's number below and recommend saving this to your phone to let them know when your ready to leave on the wedding day 🚖

We recommend using Ios Transfers (Yiannis) for any travel you need on the island. Their number is +30 697 6212602 - feel free to just whatsapp him and let him know you are part of Phoebe & Zac's Wedding Party for any of your taxi needs

Yes please! Take as many as you'd like, however please refrain from having your phone out during the unplugged ceremony, just so the photographer has no obstacles in their way and there's no phones in the ceremony pictures.

The reception will end around midnight, where the taxis will be available to say our goodbyes! If you'd like to leave prior, please just message the taxi company and they can come and pick you up. The venue is also a few minutes from Chora Village so if you want to keep the party going, we've arranged a table at a nearby bar!

Due to limited space, we are only able to accomodate guests who are formally invited. If you have a plus one, you will see that clearly when you go to RSVP. If this is an issue, please just chat to us and we'll see what we can do

It will be mid-late 20's in Ios in august so bring your summer clothes ☀️ However, Ios is also a pretty windy island so you may want a jacket for the evenings 💨

The ceremony will be taking place at IOS Ampitheatre. Please note, there is no shade at this venue so be prepared to have some fun in the sun! The reception will be taking place nearby at IOS Club.
